摘　　要：文献资源的收藏与管理是高校图书馆工作基本内容之一,如何在既满足学校教学科研与读者阅读需求的基础上对馆藏文献资源进行有效维护,又能在图书馆发展过程中不断对其进行科学调控与优化是高校图书馆工作需要认真思考并完成的任务。The collection and management of literature resources is one of the basic work contents of university library.How to effectively maintain the collection of literature resources on the basis of satisfying the requirements of school teaching disciplines and readers,and how to constantly control and optimize the collection of literature resources in the process of the library is a task that needs to be seriously considered in the work of university library.
