一种免洗手消毒剂的消毒性能评价

摘　　要：开发了一种含有季铵盐的免洗手消毒剂,并对其进行安全性评价。通过理化指标的测试、毒理、微生物的杀灭效果的测试,研究评价该免洗手消毒剂的相关性能。结果表明该免洗手消毒剂以苯扎氯铵为主要有效杀菌成分并复配表面活性剂、保湿剂等组成手部消毒剂。该免洗手消毒剂原液对铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的菌悬液分别作用0.5 min、1 min、1.5 min后,对上述三种受试菌的杀灭对数值均大于5;该免洗手消毒剂原液对白念珠菌菌悬液分别作用0.5 min、1 min、1.5 min后,对白念珠菌的杀灭对数值均大于4;该免洗手消毒剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白念珠菌和大肠埃希菌均具有较好的杀灭作用。该免洗手消毒剂的各项性能指标达到预期标准。To prepare a quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for hand and to observe its effects.Physical and chemical detection method and the bacterial suspension test were used to evaluate the properties of this disinfection through laboratory and on-site experiments.The results showed that benzalkonium chloride was the main effective disinfectant and combined with surfactants,moisturizers and other hand disinfectant.The foam washing-free hand disinfectant was treated for 0.5 min,1 min and 1.5 min,the average killing logarithms value of the suspension of staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was all more than 5.The average killing logarithm value of the suspension of Candida albicans was more than 4.The properties of this disinfection can meet the requirements of disinfectant.
