摘　　要：住宅建筑工程质量一直以来备受社会各界广泛关注,工程质量潜在缺陷保险(IDI)作为一种创新保险形式正在我国广泛开展试点。本文从我国住宅建筑工程质量现状出发,对我国IDI发展的政策和社会环境进行剖析,梳理我国IDI发展面临的主要问题,并提出相应的对策建议,以期推动我国IDI健康发展。The construction quality of residential buildings has been widely concerned by the society for a long time.As an innovative form of insurance,inherent defects insurance (IDI) has been widely piloted in China.Starting from the current situation of construction quality of residential buildings,this paper analyzes the development policy and social environment of IDI in China,sorts out its main problems faced,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the healthy development of IDI in China.
