公共健康与安全视角下老旧小区“破墙开店”问题解析

摘　　要：在新冠肺炎疫情蔓延的背景下,健康与安全城市的构建引起了公众的广泛关注。老旧小区“破墙开店”现象,给城市最基本的生活单元带来了健康与安全隐患。本文以大连市北昌平小区为例,通过实地调研,分析小区内“破墙开店”的数量及位置特征,探讨其对居民健康与安全的影响及其产生的原因,并运用城市规划相关知识提出治理策略。In the context of the spread of COVID-19,the construction of healthy and safe city has attracted widespread attention.The phenomenon of "breaking walls to open shops" in old communities has brought hidden dangers to the health and safety of the basic life units in the city.Taking Beichangping Community in Dalian as an example,this paper analyzes the quantity and location characteristics of "breaking walls to open shops" in the community through field investigation,discusses the reasons of this phenomenon and its impact on residents’ health and safety,and uses the relevant knowledge of urban planning to propose a governance strategy.
