摘 要:树干呼吸是林木生命活动和碳释放的途径之一,研究树干呼吸对于森林生态系统管理有重要意义。利用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定仪对大兴安岭地区不同径阶兴安落叶松天然林树干呼吸速率和温度变化进行了测定。结果表明:(1)不同径阶树干温度日变化呈单峰型曲线,峰值出现在12∶00-16∶00,最低值出现在0∶00-6∶00,随着径阶增大树干温度日变化减小。(2)各径阶树干呼吸速率日变化最大值出现在14∶00-16∶00,最小值出现在4∶00-6∶00;在6-9月生长季中,峰值出现在7月,最小值出现在9月。(3)当温度升高到一定程度时,在一定程度上抑制了树干呼吸对树干温度的敏感性,不同径阶兴安落叶松树干呼吸对树干温度的Q_(10)值范围为1.79~3.97。生长季兴安落叶松树干呼吸时间变化主要受到树干温度的影响。Stem respiration is one of the ways of forest life activities and carbon release,it is of great significance to study stem respiration for forest ecosystem management.Stem respiration rate and temperature of natural forest of Larix gmelinii with different diameter classes in the Greater Xing’an Mountains district were measured by use of LI-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System.The results showed:(1)The diurnal variation of stem temperature with different diameter classes was a single-peak curve,with the peak value at 12∶00-16∶00 and the minimum value at 0∶00-6∶00,and the diurnal variation of stem temperature decreases with the increase of diameter classes.(2)The maximum value of diurnal variation of stem respiration rate of each diameter appeared at 14∶00-16∶00,and the minimum value appeared at 4∶00-6∶00.In the growing season from June to September,the peak value appeared in July and the lowest value appeared in September.(3)When the temperature rose to a certain degree,the sensitivity of stem respiration to stem temperature was restrained to a certain extent.The Q_(10) value of stem respiration to stem temperature of Larix gmelinii with different diameters ranged from 1.79 to 3.97.The time variation of stem respiration time of Larix gmelinii in growing season was mainly affected by stem temperature.
