摘 要:流动沙地铺设沙障后土壤种子库变化对自然植被恢复评价和有效预测生态恢复进程具有重要作用。采用野外取样和温室内发芽测定方法,研究了浑善达克沙地固定沙丘活化风蚀坑铺设不同规格纱网沙障后,0~5 cm土层深度内土壤种子库的变化特征。结果表明,4 m×4 m网格沙障内土壤种子库为每平方米547.20粒,分别比4 m带状和6 m带状沙障增加143.00粒和288.90粒。网格沙障内积沙部位土壤种子库为每平方米718.75粒,风蚀部位为每平方米350.00粒。在4 m带状沙障前段位置土壤种子库为每平方米412.50粒,中段位置土壤种子库为每平方米645.80粒,沙障后段位置土壤种子库每平方米只有154.20粒。铺设沙障后,沙化草地土壤种子库为每平方米675.00粒,比平缓风蚀坑内土壤种子库高70.00%。直压立式PE纱网沙障对土壤种子具有明显的拦截作用,其中4 m×4 m网格沙障对土壤种子的拦截效果最好。The change of soil seed bank plays an important role in the evaluation of natural vegetation restoration and the effective prediction of ecological restoration process with setting sand barrier in mobile sandy land.The variation characteristics of soil seed bank in the soil depth of 0-5 cm were studied after setting different specifications of gauze sand barriers in the activated wind erosion blowout of fixed dunes in Otindag sandy land,by use of field sampling and room germination.The results showed that the soil seed bank in 4 m×4 m grid sand barrier was 547.20 grains·m^(-2),net increase of 143.00 grains·m^(-2) and 288.90 grains·m^(-2) compared with the 4 m and 6 m belt-shaped sand barrier.In the grid sand barrier,the soil seed bank in the sand accumulation area was 718.75 grains·m^(-2),and that in wind erosion area was 350.00 grains·m^(-2).The soil seed bank in the front position of 4 m belt-shaped sand barrier was 412.50 grains·m^(-2),that in the middle position was 645.80 grains·m^(-2),but that in the rear position was only 154.20 grains·m^(-2).The soil seed bank in the desertified grassland was 675.00 grains·m^(-2),with 70.00%higher than that in the gentle wind erosion blowout.Vertical-pressed PE gauze sand barrier had obvious interception effect on soil seed bank,and interception effect of 4 m×4 m grid sand barrier on the soil seed bank was the best.
