固沙剂灌草种子喷播一体机风种混合负压仓设计与喷播均匀性试验

摘　　要：固沙剂灌草种子喷播一体机集机械、液压、风能、智能控制为一体,具有仿形开浅沟、近自然化将禾本科和灌木种子混合喷播、覆沙、单体单轮仿形镇压及喷洒生物固沙剂作业功能,而风种混合负压仓装置是固沙剂灌草种子喷播一体机实现种子喷播的关键部件,本研究对该装置进行了优化,并通过灌草种子混播试验,实现了播幅范围内集中了93.00%的落种量,平均落种量为339.1粒·m^(-2)。固沙剂灌草种子喷播一体机实现了在流动沙地及沙化草场喷播灌草种子与喷洒固沙剂同步作业,为国内首创,创新性地填补了植物种子+固沙剂无机械作业的空白。The spraying and sowing integrated machine for sand-fixing agent and shrub grass seed integrates machinery,hydraulic pressure,wind energy and intelligent control.It has the functions of profiling and shallow ditch opening,near-natural mixing and spraying of gramineae and shrub seeds,sand covering,monomer single wheel profiling and pressing,and spraying biological sand fixing agent.The wind-seed mixing negative pressure chamber device is the key component of the sand-fixing agent shrub grass seed spraying machine.In this study,the device has been optimized.Through the experiment of mixing and spraying shrub and grass seeds,93.00%of the seed amount was concentrated in the sowing range,and the average seed amount was 339.1 seeds·m^(-2).The spraying and sowing integrated machine for sand-fixing agent and shrub grass seed has realized the synchronous operation of spraying shrub and grass seeds and spraying sand-fixing agent in moving sandy land and sandy grassland.It is the domestic initiative and an innovative way to fill the blank of no mechanical operation of plant seeds+sand-fixing agent.
