摘  要:改变煅烧工艺可以制备出不同结晶形态的α-氧化铝,从而对氧化铝的应用性能产生不同的影响。本文主要研究高温煅烧α-氧化铝的结晶形态对氧化铝研磨性能的影响,发现晶体形态为类球形的氧化铝不仅易研磨,而且经过砂磨机研磨干燥后不会发生团聚的现象,为研究和开发高性能产品奠定了基础。The α-alumina of different crystalline morphology can be prepared by changing the calcination process, which can influence the application performance of alumina to various extent. In this paper, the effect of crystalline morphology of high-temperature calcined α-alumina on alumina grinding performance was studied. It was found that the alumina with quasi-spherical crystalline morphology was not only easy to grind, but also did not agglomerate after being ground and dried by sand mill, thus laying a foundation for the research and development of high-performance products.
