摘  要:铝电解槽母线电平衡受多种因素的影响,虽然设计值的精度一般都很高,但实际测试结果往往与设计值有较大的差异。尽管电解槽阴极状态对母线电平衡影响较大,但槽外母线的状态也起着很大的作用,而且,母线的影响程度与设计结果直接相关。本文通过对母线在不同状态下的电阻分析,以及通过简单电路的电平衡计算,分析了电解槽母线电平衡产生偏差的原因,并给出了建议。The busbar E-balance of aluminum reduction cells is influenced by many factors. Although the designed value is normally highly-accurate, the measured result often differs greatly from the designed value. The busbar E-balance is affected by cathode conditions in aluminum reduction cells relatively greatly, but the busbar outside the aluminum reduction cell also plays a great part. Moreover, the influence degree of busbar is directly related with the designed result. By analyzing the busbar resistance in different working status, and through calculating the E-balance of a simple electrical circuit, the causes for the deviation of busbar E-balance in aluminum reduction cells are analyzed, with suggestions to be proposed as well.
