摘  要:通过设置主、副双排烟管道,对电解铝厂排烟管道系统进行改造,可以提高烟气收集效果。为减少电动蝶阀的数量,节省设计开支,在主排烟管道上使用局部变径管道替代电动蝶阀,并利用计算流体力学方法对改造后的主排烟管道内流场进行数值模拟。结果发现,对局部变径管道的管径进行调整后,各支管质量流量不平衡率可缩小到-0.87%~0.55%,进出口阻力损失不平衡率可缩小到-0.72%~1.14%,证明了采用局部变径管道替代电动蝶阀是可行的。The flue gas collection efficiency can be improved by setting main and auxiliary double exhaust pipes to modify the gas exhaust pipe system of aluminum smelters. To reduce the number of electric butterfly valves and save design expenses, a local reducing duct is used to replace the electric but-terfly valve on the main gas exhaust pipe. The numerical simulation for the flow field of the main gas exhaust pipe after modification is conducted by the computational fluid dynamics method. The results show that after adjusting the diameter of the local reducing duct, the imbalance rates of mass flow and inlet-outlet resistance loss of each branch duct can be reduced to-0.87%~0.55% and-0.72%~1.14%,respectively. It is proved that it is feasible to use a local reducing duct instead of an electric butterfly valve.
