摘　　要：文章通过分析城市轨道交通项目普遍存在同步实施工程的原因,提出对投资分摊原则进行标准统一的必要性。归纳整理出城市轨道交通项目换乘车站、共线区间、自然形成的可利用空间、上盖物业开发等合建类型,明确各合建类型本体工程与同步实施工程投资分摊原则。This paper analyzes the reasons for the common synchronous implementation of urban rail transit projects,and puts forward the necessity of unifying the investment allocation principles.This paper summarizes and investigates the joint construction types of urban rail transit projects,such as transfer station,common line section,naturally formed available space,and topside property development,and clarifies the investment allocation principle of the main body project and synchronous implementation project of each joint construction type.
