摘　　要：文章旨在研究季节对供体奶山羊超数排卵效果的影响,为胚胎移植等生物工程技术的研究提供必要的数据。分别在春季(3~5月份)秋季(9~11月份)和冬季(12~2月份)3个季节用FSH多次递减注射法对奶山羊进行超数排卵处理,鉴定超排效果。结果:春秋冬3个季节超排的平均排卵点和平均获卵数分别为9.20个、7.15枚,10.58个、9.48枚和10.42个、10.49枚,春季平均排卵点和平均获卵数均显著低于秋冬季节(P<0.05),表明季节对奶山羊的超排效果影响显著。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of seasonal factors on the donor dairy goats Superovulation and provide the necessary data for the study of biotechnology embryo transplantation.In spring(March to May),Autumn(September to November)and winter(from December to February)three seasons use FSH with multiple injection method of decreasing in dairy goat,identified the efficacy of superovulation.Results:The mean ovulation point and average number of eggs in three seasons were 9.20,7.15,10.58,9.48 and 10.42,10.49,the difference in breeding season(autumn and winter)and non-breeding season(spring)mean ovulation point and average number of eggs between the groups were significantly(P<0.05),shows that the effect of the superovulation in the different seasons is significant.
