“一带一路”倡议下饲料企业人才培养的对策分析

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议为我国基于新的时代背景积极寻求国家发展机遇、加快国际化发展并加大对外开放程度而提出的重要国家倡议,为国内企业的国际化进程及经济的稳健发展带来了前所未有的机遇。以饲料企业作为典型案例,指出当饲料企业走出国门站在世界舞台上时急需大量优质人才的支撑,通过阐述“一带一路”倡议对饲料企业人才培养模式的影响,揭示了现阶段饲料企业人才培养过程中不容忽视的问题,进而有的放矢地探索人才培养的有效途径,通过这些针对性策略,保证了饲料企业人才培养机制的完善与企业的可持续发展。The “Belt and Road” initiative is an important national initiative put forward by China based on the new background of the era to actively seek for national development opportunities,accelerate international development and increase the degree of opening to the outside world. It has brought unprecedented opportunities for the internationalization process of domestic enterprises and the steady development of economy. Taking the feed enterprise as a typical case,it is pointed out that when the feed enterprises go abroad when standing on the world stage,the support of a large number of high-quality talents is urgently needed. By expounding the influence of “Belt and Road” initiative on talent training mode of enterprises,this paper reveals the problems that cannot be ignored in the current talent training process,and then explore effective ways of talent training in a targeted manner. Targeted strategies ensure the improvement of talent training mechanism and stable and healthy development of enterprises.
