摘　　要：乡村振兴背景下,我国畜牧业发展迅速,饲料外贸出口需求量不断增加,大学生下乡创业为乡村饲料基地发展提供了技术和知识资源,农村青年返乡创业为乡村饲料基地提供了充足的劳动力资源,政府支持农村产业发展的政策为乡村饲料基地创业提供了良好的契机。因此,乡村地区要抓住畜牧业发展的时代机遇,大力建设乡村饲料基地,在乡村饲料基地内开展跨境电商创业,扩大饲料外贸出口,加强政府引导和校企合作,引导大学生进入乡村饲料基地创业就业,加强对青年农民的人才教育培训,促进各类创业支持政策及配套措施的落地,全面带动乡村饲料基地建设,促进乡村振兴。Under the background of rural revitalization,China’s domestic animal husbandry has developed rapidly,and the demand for foreign trade export of feed has increased.College students’Entrepreneurship in the countryside provides technical and knowledge resources for the development of rural feed bases.The government has issued various support policies to promote the development of rural industries,which provides a good opportunity for the entrepreneurship of feed bases in rural areas.Therefore,China’s rural areas should seize the opportunity of animal husbandry development,vigorously build rural feed bases,develop cross-border e-commerce in rural feed bases,expand feed foreign trade exports,strengthen government guidance and school-enterprise cooperation,guide college students to enter rural feed bases for entrepreneurship and employment,strengthen talent education and training for young farmers,and promote the implementation of various entrepreneurship support policies and supporting measures.It will comprehensively promote the construction of rural feed bases and promote rural revitalization eventually.
