双循环发展背景下传统村落小微饲料企业可持续发展路径探析

摘　　要：传统村落的保护与传承离不开经济发展,经济发展必须依赖于支柱产业,而传统村落基本上在乡村,发展的根本出路是农牧业。在传统村落保护与传承背景下,通过对传统村落小微饲料企业6种主要控制变量和6种核心解释变量进行分析,传统村落小微饲料企业可持续发展的整体状况是:(1)各种特征变量变化趋势明显;(2)企业人力资源由数量向质量转变;(3)小微饲料企业的创新能力与创新意识不断增强;(4)小微饲料企业正从“速度型向质量型”发展。基于此,小微饲料企业在可持续发展方式上要依托资源优势、打造自我品牌;在转型升级上要选择政府拉动、管理创新和企业合作。The protection and inheritance of traditional villages are inseparable from economic development,which must depend on pillar industries.The traditional villages are basically all in rural areas,and the fundamental way out for development is agriculture and animal husbandry.Based on the background of traditional village protection and inheritance.Through the analysis of six main control variables and six core explanatory variables of small and micro feed enterprises,the overall situation of sustainable development of small and micro feed enterprises is as follows:(1)the change trend of various characteristic variables is obvious;(2)the human resources transform from quantity to quality;(3)the innovation ability and innovation consciousness of small and micro feed enterprises have been continuously strengthened;(4)small and micro feed enterprises are developing from“speed type”to“quality type”.Based on this,this paper puts forward that the sustainable development mode of small and micro feed enterprises mainly depends on resource advantages to build their own brand.In terms of transformation and upgrading,we mainly choose three paths:government pull,management innovation and enterprise cooperation.
