中国共产党成立之初妇女运动基本主张与策略探析——以改造上海中华女界联合会为例

摘　　要：改造上海中华女界联合会,是中国共产党成立之初领导妇女运动的重大举措,铸就了党开辟妇女革命宣传、平民妇女教育、妇女运动人才培养多位一体格局的基础和枢纽。党在秘密工作的险峻环境下,公开提出了关于妇女运动的基本主张和行动方略,充满智慧和策略。将中国传统文化的天时、地利、人和转化为机缘、地缘、人缘优势;运用中国化、时代性语言阐释了马克思主义妇女理论精髓,以指导妇女运动;在阶级、民族、人类、社会的宏阔视域下,最大限度地吸引、凝聚妇女团体和妇女群众,扩大革命力量。这为此后的工农妇女运动做了准备。Reforming the Chinese Federation of Women’s Communities of Shanghai is a significant move the Communist Party of China took in leading women’s movement after its foundation,through which,an all-in-one basis and hub was established for the Party to inaugurate the propaganda of women’s revolution,civilian women’s education,and women’s movement talent training.In undercover and critical circumstances,the CPC proposed publicly its wise and tactful basic beliefs and action strategies,transforming good timing,geographical convenience and favorable relations in traditional Chinese culture into opportunity,geography and people’s support,and elucidating the essence of Marxist feminist theory with sinicized and periodized language to guide women’s movement.The beliefs and strategies attracted and united women’s communities as well as women citizens in full measure,hence expanded revolutionary forces and made a preparation for the forthcoming women workers’and peasants’movement.
