摘  要:在固定床反应器中,考察了非等温干馏温度、升温速率、等温干馏温度、等温反应时间、粒度、气氛和载气流量等因素对新疆黑山煤干馏产焦油特性的影响。结果表明:随着温度、升温速率和煤样粒度的减小,非等温干馏焦油产率逐渐增大;氢气气氛有利于提高焦油产率;在等温干馏时,随干馏温度的升高,焦油产率逐渐增大,并在等温反应时间60 min时焦油产率达到最大;当黑山煤干馏温度高于500℃时,相比于非等温干馏过程,采用等温干馏会获得更高的焦油产率。In a fixed bed reactor,the effects of the pyrolysis temperature,heating rate during non-isothermal pyrolysis process,constant temperature time,isothermal pyrolysis temperature during isothermal pyrolysis process,and particle size,atmosphere and carrier gas flow on the characteristics of tar produced during the pyrolysis of Xinjiang Heishan coal were investigated.The results show that with the decrease of temperature,heating rate and coal sample particle size,the yield of non-isothermal pyrolysis tar gradually increases;hydrogen atmosphere is conducive to increase the yield of tar;during isothermal pyrolysis process,with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the tar yield gradually increases,and the tar yield reaches the maximum when the constant temperature time is 60 minutes.When the pyrolysis temperature of Heishan coal is higher than 500℃,compared with the non-isothermal pyrolysis process,the isothermal pyrolysis will obtain a higher tar yield.
