摘 要:目前井口制热设备众多,制热效率的评价方式迥异,缺乏统一的试验条件下进行测试和定义的,给设备的选型与优化带来巨大的困难。因此,本文建立了一个井口多设备的热效率实验平台,通过对不同制热设备的制热效率(COP)计算比较和全年不同设备每月运行占比,提出了全年运行的能效评定指标全年运行的能效(APF)的计算依据,为我国今后相关标准的制定提供了参考。At present,there are many wellhead heating equipment,and the evaluation methods of heating efficiency are different.The lack of unified test conditions for testing and definition brings great difficulties to the selection and optimization of equipment.Therefore,an experimental platform of thermal efficiency of multi-equipment at the wellhead was established in this paper.By comparing the COP calculation of different heating equipment and the monthly operating ratio of different equipment throughout the year,the calculation basis of energy efficiency evaluation index APF for the whole year's operation was proposed,which provided a reference for the formulation of relevant standards in the future.
