海水淡化蒸发装置的防垢与防腐试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置的结垢原因,并对结垢物进行XRD分析,主要是硫酸钙垢为主,伴生少量碳酸钙垢。以实际海水浓缩1.6~1.8倍为试验测试用水,采用络合滴定和分光光度计法,考察了自合成的甲基丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸-衣康酸三元共聚物对浓缩后的海水作为测试水体的阻垢性能,通过扫描电子显微镜对静态阻垢中收集的垢样进行晶型分析;并考察了共聚物对加热铜管铜材质的腐蚀性能。结果表明:合成的共聚物具有较好的阻垢效果,添加阻垢剂后能使垢样松散多孔,不易在管壁表面沉积;且对加热铜管具有一定的防腐功能,可以满足热法海水淡化装置的运行要求。The causes of low temperature multi-effect distillation desalination device are introduced and XRD analysis is mainly calcium sulfate scale accompanied by a small amount of calcium carbonate scale.The actual concentration of sea water 1.6~1.8 times for evaluation test water,scale inhibition and dispersion performance of methacrylic acid-2-acrylamide-2-methylsulfonic acid-acrylic acid copolymer was investigated by spectrophotometer and complexometric titration,and crystal form of calcium scale sample analyzed by SEM.The corrosion behavior of copper were investigated.The results showed that the copolymer has good scale inhibition.The copolymer can also change characters of the scale crystal to be loose and porous,which is not easy to deposite on the surface.And the heating copper pipe has a certain anticorrosion function,which can satisfy the requirements of thermal seawater desalination equipment.
