再论经侦民警法律素质提升路径

摘　　要：当前,我国经济犯罪处于高发态势,严重扰乱了市场经济秩序,这就要求公安机关一手抓打击经济犯罪、净化市场秩序,一手抓营商环境、服务经济发展。经侦民警只有具备良好的法律素质才能准确界定案件性质、才能刺破经济犯罪面纱。提升经侦执法质量,人才培养是关键。在经侦人才培养过程中应坚持罪刑法定原则、法秩序统一原则、程序法定原则、非法证据排除规则,坚持刑法总则与刑法分则的结合、刑法与刑事诉讼法的结合、刑事法与其他部门法的结合。At present,China's economic crimes are in a high incidence situation,seriously disrupts the market economic order,which requires the public security crack down on economic crimes,purify the market order,improve business environment and serve economic development.Only when the economic investigation police have good legal quality can they accurately define the nature of the case and pierce the veil of economic crime.Talent training is the key to improve the quality of economic investigation and law enforcement.In the process of talent training in economic investigation,we should adhere to the principle of legality,the principle of unification of legal order,the principle of legal procedure and the rules to exclude illegal evidence,and adhere to the combination of the general provisions of criminal law and the specific provisions of criminal law,the combination of criminal law and criminal procedure law,and the combination of criminal law and other department laws.
