摘 要:煤系地层覆盖铝土矿储量丰富,但因伴生一定量的黄铁矿导致其硫含量超标,难以满足拜耳法的要求。研究煤系地层覆盖铝土矿主要化学组分和矿物组成,考察磨矿细度、浮选药剂用量对浮选脱硫的影响,并对优化后的工艺条件进行闭路试验研究。结果表明,煤系地层覆盖铝土矿赋存状态复杂,不具备选择性磨矿脱硫或脱硅条件,浮选脱硫最佳磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占80%、抑制剂用量2000 g/t、活化剂用量100 g/t、捕收剂用量500 g/t。闭路试验结果表明,在优化浮选工艺条件下,针对含硫量为0.81%的煤系地层覆盖铝土矿,采用“一粗一精一扫”浮选流程,可以获得含硫量0.29%,氧化铝回收率92.31%的铝精矿。Although the reserves of bauxite under coal seams were relatively abundant, the sulfur content exceeded the standard due to a certain amount of associated pyrite, which was difficult to meet the requirements of the Bayer process. Through the study on the bauxite chemical components and mineral composition, the effects of grinding fineness and the dosage of flotation reagents on flotation desulfurization were investigated, and the optimized conditions were studied in closed circuit experiment. The results showed that the occurrence state of bauxite was complex, and it did not have the conditions for selective grinding and desulfurization. The optimal grinding fineness for the flotation desulfurization were-0.074 mm particles which accounted for 80%, the inhibitor dosage was 2000 g/t, the activator dosage was 100 g/t and the collector dosage was 500 g/t. The results of the closed circuit experiment showed that for bauxite under coal seams with a sulfur content of 0.81%, the flotation process of "one coarse, one fine and one sweep" can be adopted under the optimal flotation conditions, and a bauxite concentrate with the sulfur content of 0.29% and an alumina recovery rate of 92.31% can be obtained.
