摘 要:堆积型铝土矿矿泥干法堆存方式仅云南文山铝业矿山成功应用,脱水方式为板框压滤。百色地区矿泥粒径较文山地区细,矿泥采用板框压滤机脱水试验效果不理想。为寻找适合百色地区矿泥的方式,本文研究了脱水剂场地脱水试验、带式压榨机脱水试验、离心机脱水试验,比较了脱水效果和成本,为堆积型铝土矿洗矿泥浆干法堆存打下了坚实的基础。试验成果可供条件适宜的矿山企业建设半干法、干法尾矿堆场参考。The dry stockpiling method of accumulation type bauxite slime is only successfully applied to Yunnan Wenshan Aluminum Mine, and the dewatering method is plate and frame pressure filtration. As the slime particle size in Baise area is smaller than that in Wenshan area, the slime dewatering test effect with plate and frame filter press is not satisfactory. In order to find a method suitable for the slime in Baise area, this paper studies the field dewatering test with dehydrant, the dewatering test with belt type filter press and the centrifuge dewatering test, both the dewatering effect and cost are compared, thus laying a solid foundation for the dry stockpiling of the washed slime for the accumulation type bauxite. The test results can be used as reference for suitable mining enterprises to build semidry and dry tailing stockyard.
