摘  要:本文提出了大型预焙型槽在焙烧启动时期槽底等效电阻阵列电路,并通过对槽底阴极钢棒电流分布的测量,探讨了焙烧期电解槽各层级电阻的综合变化过程。提出槽内电阻在焙烧的前半段主要在焦粒层发生变化,而在后半段主要在炭阴极层发生变化,且这个过程决定了阴极内衬的焙烧质量。提出要获得好的焙烧质量和较长的使用寿命,必须在焙烧启动阶段密集动态监测阴极电流分布,并及时进行调整。文章还分析了预焙槽在生产期的阴极电流分布曲线的状况。In this paper, the equivalent resistance array circuit at the cell bottom during the baking start-up period of large-amperage prebaked aluminum reduction cells is proposed, and the comprehensive changing process of resistance at each level of aluminum reduction cells during the baking period is discussed by measuring the current distribution of cathode steel bar at the cell bottom. It is proposed that the resistance changes mainly in the coke layer in the first half of the baking period and then in the carbon cathode layer in the later half, which determines the baking quality of cathode lining. In order to obtain better baking quality and longer service life, the cathode current distribution must be intensively and dynamically monitored in the baking start-up stage, which should be adjusted timely as well. The cathode current distribution curve of prebaked aluminum reduction cells during the operation process is also analyzed.
