中外合作办学人才培养模式探析--以衡水学院柴可夫斯基国际音乐艺术学院为例

摘　　要：衡水学院柴可夫斯基国际音乐艺术学院是经教育部批准的,现今国内唯一拥有音乐学和音乐表演两个本科学科全部专业的中外合作办学机构。衡水学院柴可夫斯基国际音乐艺术学院几乎全面引进了乌克兰国立柴可夫斯基音乐学院的专业核心人才培养方案,是中国全面引进世界著名音乐学府专业核心人才培养模式,形成合作办学机构的探索者。“衡院柴院”通过核心课程外教,中外课程结合教学,兼顾毕业、就业和再学习的完整教育模块,形成了优质高效的人才培养模式。从学生入校到学生深造或就业制定了一整套完整的办学运行机制,为中外合作培养人才提供了坚实的保障。Tchaikovsky International Conservatory of Music and Art of Hengshui University is the only Chinese-foreign cooperative school approved by the Ministry of Education.At present,it has all the majors of musicology and music performance.Tchaikovsky International Conservatory of Music and Art of Hengshui University has almost fully introduced the talent training program of the Ukrainian State Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Music.It is an explorer for China to fully introduce the professional core talent training mode of world-famous music universities and form cooperative schools.Tchaikovsky International Conservatory of Music and Art of Hengshui University has formed a high-quality and efficient talent training mode through the complete education module of foreign teachers of core courses,combined teaching of Chinese and foreign courses,and giving consideration to graduation,employment and relearning.A complete set of school running mechanism has been formulated from student enrollment to student promotion or employment,which provides a solid guarantee for Sino-foreign cooperation in training talents.
