摘　　要：随着5G、云计算、大数据、人工智能等加速与实体经济的深度融合,推动了数字经济的快速发展,成为激活经济高质量发展的新引擎。信息产业的振兴发展不仅是建设数字辽宁,打造智造强省的重要手段,更是提升辽宁省经济实力的重要保障。主要围绕辽宁信息产业发展的现状,分析制约辽宁信息产业发展的主要问题,从而提出可行性的建议。With the accelerated deep integration of 5G,cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence with the real economy,the rapid development of digital economy has been promoted,becoming a new engine for activating high-quality economic development.The revitalization and development of information industry is not only an important means to build digital Liaoning and create a strong province of intellectual manufacturing,but also an important guarantee to enhance the economic strength of the province.This paper focuses on the current situation of the development of Liaoning's information industry,analyzes the main problems that restrict the development of Liaoning's information industry,and thus puts forward feasible suggestions.
