摘  要:原料合成的起始剂以甲醛、苯代三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺为主,催化剂以氢氧化钾为主,聚合环氧丙烷,组成全新氮浓度较高的阻燃聚醚多元醇。通过对合成中各类影响因素进行研究,获得最佳合成工艺条件,将合成后的多元醇用作制作含氮阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫,选用LOI(极限氧指数法)表征阻燃功能,对比常规的聚氨酯硬泡。结果显示,没有增加阻燃剂的含氮阻燃硬泡氧指数约为24%,在少量增加混合阻燃剂的同时,其氧化指数大于30%。The starting agents for the synthesis of raw materials are formaldehyde,benzene substituted melamine and melamine,and the catalysts are potassium hydroxide,and polymerized propylene oxide to form a new flame retardant polyether polyol with high nitrogen concentration.By studying various influencing factors in the synthesis,the best synthesis process conditions were obtained,and the synthesized polyol was used to make nitrogen-containing flame retardant polyurethane rigid foam,and LOI(extreme oxygen index method)was selected to characterize the thermal and flame retardant functions of the flame retardant system and compare with conventional polyurethane rigid foam.The results showed that the oxygen index of the nitrogen-containing flame retardant rigid foam without the addition of flame retardant was about 24%,and its oxidation index was>30%while a small amount of mixed flame retardant was added.
