摘　　要：通过全绝缘IOPPC光单元复合相线光缆在广东省河源市地区110 kV绣缎至塔岭双回送电线路中的运用,对全绝缘IOPPC光单元复合相线光缆实际线路的设计应用、施工注意事项进行综合探讨,从而丰富线路中电力通信光缆的应用模式,解决不适合架设OPGW光缆及ADSS的110 kV送电线路,并从主网线路延伸至配电网中应用,从而解决城乡配电网电力通信问题。Through the application of the fully insulated IOPPC optical unit composite phase line optical cable in the 110 kV embroidered satin to Taling double loop transmission line in Heyuan City,Guangdong Province,the design,application and construction of the actual circuit of the fully insulated IOPPC optical unit composite phase line optical cable Comprehensively discuss the matters needing attention,so as to enrich the application mode of power communication optical cable in the line,solve the 110 kV power transmission line that is not suitable for erecting OPGW optical cable and ADSS,and extend it from the main network line to the distribution network to solve the urban and rural distribution network.Power communication problems.
