摘　　要：介绍了自动重启故障的表现形式和常见的重启场景,通过鱼骨图分析自动重启问题产生的所有可能原因,针对每个重启原因进行软硬件的深入剖析,同时针对每个原因提供勘测工具和排查步骤说明,为售后工程师提供一套成熟的售后自动重启问题的分析排查办法,实现售后仪表自动重启问题的快速响应和有效解决,减少客户抱怨,提升品牌形象。This paper describes the manifestations and common restart scenarios of the automatic restart failure,analyzes all possible causes of the automatic restart problem through the fishbone diagram,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the software and hardware for each restart cause.At the same time,it provides survey tools and troubleshooting steps for each reason,and provides after-sales engineers with a set of mature analysis and troubleshooting methods for after-sales automatic restart problems to achieve rapid response and effective solutions to after-sales instrument automatic restart problems,reduce customer complaints,and enhance the brand.image.
