摘　　要：基于实际案例分析大型无齿轮驱动球磨机安装的主要流程,探讨了大型无齿轮驱动球磨机在安装的过程中使用的关键技术。在无齿轮驱动半自磨机安装的过程中,需要注意基准点的设立、注意轴瓦的调整、注重检查磨机筒体跳动、注重定子、定子绕组和转子电极的安装。只有在安装的过程中充分注意这些关键技术,落实好每一个步骤,才能完成无齿轮驱动半自磨机的安装工作。Based on the actual case,the main process of large gearless drive ball mill installation is analyzed,and the key technologies used in the process of large gearless drive ball mill installation are discussed.In the process of gearless drive semi-autogenous mill installation,attention needs to be paid to the establishment of reference points,to the adjustment of shaft tiles,to the inspection of mill cylinder runout,and to the installation of stator,stator winding and rotor electrode.Only by paying full attention to these key technologies and implementing every step in the process of installation can the installation of gearless drive semi-autogenous mills be completed.
