摘 要:目的研究一种新型脱矿同种骨修复材料的骨诱导活性。方法在裸鼠腿部肌肉内植入脱矿骨纤维材料,植入样品后第2周和第4周取材进行组织学形态观察和骨诱导活性研究。结果脱矿骨纤维植入裸鼠肌肉后2周,可见新生血管和软骨形成,植入4周后,可见多个新骨形成区。结论该种脱矿骨纤维具有明显的骨诱导效果,可作为一种较理想的临床骨修复材料。Objective To study the osteoinduction of one new type of human demineralized bone material(DBM).Methods The DBM fiber materials were implanted into hind-limb intermuscular sites of athymic rats.At 2 or 4 weeks after implantation,implanted materials were retrieved for histological observation and osteoinduction evaluation.Results At the 2-week time point,neovascularization and cartilage formation were observed.At 4-week time point,multiple new bone formation areas were observed.Conclusion The DBM fiber material shows a strong osteoinductive effect and can be used as an ideal bone-repairing material in clinics.
