摘　　要：目的:利用数据挖掘技术探讨溃疡性结肠炎活动期用药规律。方法:在中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台收集中药口服或灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎活动期的处方,运用统计软件对中药频率、性味、归经、关联规则及聚类进行分析。结果:共收集141则处方、151味中药,使用频次居前十的为黄连、地榆、甘草、黄柏、白头翁、木香、黄芩、白芍、三七、白及;药味主要为苦、甘、辛;药性以寒、温、平为主;药物归经以肝、脾、肺、胃、心为主;关联规则分析提示处方中常用药对以黄连-木香、黄连-黄芩、甘草-白芍、黄连-白芍等为主;中药聚类可分为4类。结论:溃疡性结肠炎活动期的用药药味多为苦、辛、甘,药性多以寒温并见,意在清热燥湿、健脾益气。Objective:To explore the prescription ragularity for ulcerative colitis in active stage by using data mining.Methods:Prescriptions for treating ulcerative colitis by oral administration or enema were collected in China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)and Wanfang Database Knowledge Service Platform,and the frequency,properties,flavors,meridian tropism,association rule and clustering rule were analyzed using software.Results:A total of 141 prescriptions and 151 medicinals were collected.The top 10 medicinals with the high frequency were Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),Diyu(Sanguisorbae Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex),Baitouweng(Pulsatillae Radix),Muxiang(Aucklandiae Radix),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Sanqi(Notoginseng Rhizoma et Radix)and Baiji(Bletillae Rhizoma).Medicinals are usually bitter,sweet and spicy in flavors,and cold,warm and neutral in properties,and usually enter liver,spleen,lung,stomach and heart meridians.According to the analysis of association rule the common medicinal pair are Huangliang-Muxiang,Huanglian-Huangqin,Gancao-Baishao,and Huanglian-Baishao.Aaccording to cluster analysis,there are 4 groups.Conclusion:The medicinals for ulcerative colitis in active stage are usually bitter,spicy and sweet in flavors,and cold and warm in properties,for such medicinals could clear heat and dry dampness,invigorate spleen and supplement qi.
