摘　　要：通过回顾近年来针刺治疗心血管疾病的相关研究,发现针刺治疗高血压、心绞痛、心力衰竭、心律失常临床疗效确切,且自主神经可能是针刺治疗心血管疾病的重要途径,针刺可能通过激活下丘脑、中脑、延髓等脑区的自主神经中枢核团,恢复心脏自主神经的平衡状态。但目前对于自主神经介导的针刺疗效潜在机制及其穴位特异性的研究仍有欠缺,有待进一步探索。参考文献49篇。By reviewing the related studies of acupuncture in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)in recent years,it is found that acupuncture is effective in the treatment of hypertension,angina pectoris,heart failure and arrhythmia,and the central autonomic nerves might be greatly involved in the treatment of CVDs.Acupuncture might restore the balance of cardiac autonomic nerves by activating the central nuclei of hypothalamic ventricle,midbrain,medulla oblongata and other brain regions.There are few studies on the potential mechanism of autonomic nerve-mediated acupuncture effect and its acupoint specificity,and hence the underlying mechanism should be further explored.In the references 49 studies were cited.
