摘　　要：节能降耗是降本增效的有效途径之一。通过对三钢棒材线热送辊道区域进行改造升级,使得棒材线热送热装率得到有效提升、加热炉煤气能源消耗量明显减少、设备故障率显著下降。通过改造提高棒材线的机时产量,且大幅度地降低维护人员工作量,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。Saving energy and reducing consumption is one of the effective ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Through the transformation and upgrading of the hot delivery roller area of Sangang?s bar line, the hot delivery and hot charging rate of the bar line has been effectively improved, the energy consumption of heating furnace gas has been significantly reduced, and the equipment failure rate has been significantly reduced.Through the transformation, the machine-hour output of the bar line was increased, and the workload of the maintenance personnel was greatly reduced, which created good economic benefits for the company.
