摘  要:虚拟电厂(VPP)的调度研究多以经济性为主,忽略了对配电网安全运行的影响。基于非合作博弈理论提出一种兼顾经济性和安全性的优化调度。首先,分别以VPP收益最大和配电网电压平方差最小为目标,建立经济调度模型和安全性模型;其次,分析博弈要素,建立考虑经济性和安全性的非合作博弈模型;最后,通过算例仿真,对3个模型的仿真结果进行对比。结果表明:所提优化调度在VPP经济收益较大的同时使配电网各节点电压更趋近额定电压。The dispatching research of virtual power plant(VPP) mostly focuses on economy, ignoring the impact on the safe operation of distribution network. Based on non-cooperative game theory, an optimal dispatching considering economy and security is proposed. Firstly, aiming at maximizing VPP revenue and minimizing the square difference of distribution network voltage, the economic dispatching model and security model are established. Secondly, the game elements are analyzed and a non-cooperative game model considering economy and security is established. Finally, through an example simulation, the simulation results of three models are compared. The results show that the proposed optimal dispatching makes the voltage of each node of the distribution network closer to the rated voltage while the economic benefit of VPP is greater.
