摘　　要：甜玉米作为鲜活蔬果类产品,在国际市场广受消费者青睐。为评价中国甜玉米产业的国际竞争力,分别计算了2010—2019年中国冷冻甜玉米和甜玉米罐头的国际市场占有率、贸易竞争力指数和显示性比较优势指数,并与世界其他主要出口国进行比较,发现中国甜玉米产业的国际竞争力有待提高。基于波特钻石模型的分析显示,制约该产业国际竞争力提升的因素首先是甜玉米供给尚不能满足国内消费需求,开拓国际市场动力不足;其次是中国甜玉米产品出口的目标市场结构有待优化,和主要贸易伙伴交易的市场空间有待进一步挖掘。基于此,提升中国甜玉米产业国际竞争力,需加大要素投入水平及其合理配比力度,加大甜玉米产业链相关环节的政策支持力度,培育新型农业经营主体以带动国际市场的开拓。As a fresh fruit and vegetable product,sweet corn is widely favored by consumers in the international market.In order to evaluate the international competitiveness of China's sweet corn industry,the international market share,trade competitiveness index and revealed comparative advantage index of China's frozen sweet corn and canned sweet corn from 2010 to 2019 were calculated,and were compared with other major world exporters,it was found that the international competitiveness of China's sweet corn industry needs to be improved.Based on Porter's Diamond Model analysis,the first of main factors restricting the improvement of the industry's international competitiveness are that the supply of sweet corn cannot meet domestic consumer demand and there is insufficient motivation to open up the international market;then the target market structure of China's sweet corn exports needs to be optimized,and the market space for trading with major trading partners needs to be further explored.In view of this,to improve the international competitiveness of China's sweet corn industry,we should increase the level of factor input and its reasonable ratio,increase policy support for related links in the sweet corn industry chain,and cultivate new agricultural business entities to promote the development of international market.
