摘　　要：通过分析电解生产中,影响原铝铁含量的主要因素,从原材料品质、电解生产工艺操作及组装浇铸质量管控、覆盖料除铁等方面提出切实可行的方法和措施,达到降低原铝液铁含量,实现高等级低铁优质原铝质量的目的。Through the analysis of main factors influencing the aluminum iron content during the electrolytic process, the feasible methods and measures are proposed from perspectives of raw materials quality, electrolytic production process and operation, quality management and control of assembly and casting, as well as the iron removal from covering materials, so as to reduce the iron content of liquid aluminum, and achieve the purpose of high-grade low-iron high-quality aluminum.
