摘 要:本文详细介绍了国内某500 kA电解系列的阴极节能技术升级内容及应用效果。通过升级新式节能阴极结构技术,显著抑制了铝液水平电流及其扰动,均化了阴极电流分布、降低了阴极物理压降,并采用低铝水平操作生产管理技术等措施,在消除电解系列安全隐患的基础上,使得电解槽吨铝液直流电耗降低了300 kWh,为企业带来显著的经济效益,并为存量市场在能耗双控政策下的技术升级提供良好升级经验。The upgrading and application of cathode energy-saving technology in a domestic 500 kA potline are introduced in this paper in detail. By the application of new energy-saving cathode structure technology, the horizontal current of liquid aluminum and its disturbance are suppressed significantly, the cathode current distribution is homogenized and the cathode physical voltage drop is reduced. In terms of the production management, the low-metal level operation technology has been adopted. On the basis of eliminating hidden dangers of potline, the DC power consumption per ton of liquid aluminum is reduced by 300 kWh in aluminum reduction cells, which brings significant economic benefits for the enterprise, and provides favorable upgrading experience for the technological upgrading of the stock market under the dual control policy of total energy consumption and energy intensity.
