摘 要:有机热载体俗称导热油,广泛应用于炭素行业生制品生产工艺,其主要功能为加热炭素物料及液体沥青保温。导热油系统在长期的高温运行状态下,易发生过热裂解反应,产生气相轻组分,气相轻组分不断累积增加并持续降低了导热油闪点,影响着导热油系统的稳定运行,更是危及着企业的安全生产。本文立足有效排出气相轻组分并提高导热油闪点,进行可行性方案论证、措施分析和试验,实现了导热油在线脱轻技术在炭素导热油系统中的工业应用,做到了安全、高效、经济、便捷。Organic heat carrier commonly known as heat transfer oil is widely used in the carbon industry raw anode production process, whose main function is to heat the carbon materials and liquid asphalt insulation. Under the long-term high temperature operation, the heat transfer oil system is susceptible to superheated cracking reaction and the resulting gas-phase light components, which continuously accumulate and lower the flash point of the heat transfer oil, affecting the stable operation of the heat transfer oil system and endangering the safe production of the enterprise. This paper analyzes and discusses the feasible schemes and measures to effectively discharge the gas-phase light components and improve the flash point of heat transfer oil, realizes the industrial application of on-line lightening technology of heat transfer oil in carbon heat transfer oil system, and achieves safety, high efficiency, economy and convenience.
