摘 要:为研究AZ31镁合金挤压制品温拉伸矫直的工艺特点,分析了不同拉矫工艺下合金微观组织和矫直效果。建立以弯曲度α为评测指标,获取了残余拉伸变形率β与弯曲度α之间的数值关系;探讨了镁合金试件在不超过国家标准弯曲度上限值0.2%时,拉矫所需的最小残余拉伸变形率β_(limit)。结果表明:残余拉伸变形率β与弯曲度α在不同温拉矫工艺下均满足单指数衰减模型α=A_(1)×exp(β/t_(1))+y_(0),其校正决定系数R趋近于1,拟合效果较好;且拉矫温度越低、速度越快,所需残余拉伸变形率β越小。AZ31镁合金ϕ12 mm圆棒选取160℃×3 mm·s^(-1)的拉矫工艺时,β_(limit)约为2.4%,棒材的矫直效果最佳。In order to study the process characteristics of warm stretch-straightening of AZ31 magnesium alloy extruded rod,the microstructure and stretch-straightening effect of the alloy under different stretch-straightening processes were analyzed.The curvatureαwas established as an evaluation index,and the relationship between curvatureαand the residual tensile deformation rateβwas obtained.The minimum residual tensile deformation rateβ_(limit) required for stretch-straightening of magnesium alloy specimens was discussed when it didnt exceed the upper limit of national standard curvature by 0.2%.The results show that under different warm stretch-straightening processes,the relationship between residual tensile deformation rateβand curvatureαmeets the single exponential attenuation modelα=A_(1)×exp(β/t_(1))+y_(0),its correction determination coefficient R approaches 1,and the fitting effect is good.The lower the stretchstraightening temperature and the faster the speed,the smaller the residual tensile deformation rateβ.Whenϕ12 mm bar of AZ31 magnesium alloy is straightened by warm stretch-straightening process with a temperature of 160℃and speed of 3 mm·s^(-1),theβ_(limit) is about 2.4%,and the straightening effect of bar is the best.
