摘  要:采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和拉伸试验等研究了不同温度回火后690 MPa级高强抗震耐火钢板的微观组织、复合析出相形态、拉伸断口形貌和力学性能。结果表明:热轧态试验钢具有较高的强度,但其抗震性和塑韧性较差;随着回火温度的升高,试验钢的强度呈现先增后降的趋势;300℃回火后,试验钢具有优异的综合力学性能,组织主要为回火马氏体+铁素体+贝氏体,同时有大量细小的含Nb、V、Ti、Mo的复合析出相弥散分布于基体中,析出相颗粒的平均尺寸为40.5 nm,这种细小析出相在高温时不易粗化,能够减缓高温强度损失,此时其-40℃冲击吸收能量达到最大值,为171 J。Microstructure, composite precipitate morphology, tensile fracture surface morphology and mechanical properties of 690 MPa grade high strength anti-seismic fire-resistant steel plate tempered at different temperatures were studied by means of optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and tensile test. The results show that the hot rolled experimental steel has high strength, but its anti-seismic resistance and plastic toughness are poor. With the increase of tempering temperature, the strength of the experimental steel increases first and then decreases. After tempering at 300 ℃, the experimental steel has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, the microstructure is mainly tempered martensite + ferrite + bainite, and a large number of fine composite precipitates containing Nb, V, Ti and Mo are dispersed in the matrix, the average size of precipitate particles is 40.5 nm. This fine precipitates are not easy to coarsen at high temperature and can slow down the loss of high temperature strength. At this time, its impact absorbed energy at-40 ℃ reaches the maximum value of 171 J.
