摘 要:传统旅游管理类本科教育模式已经不能适应新文科发展要求,亟须变革。构建影响旅游管理类本科专业协同育人的指标体系,运用主成分因子分析法提取主要影响因素。研究发现,新文科背景下,综合协同水平、旅游院校培养水平、企业行业参与程度、政府支持力度是影响旅游管理类本科专业协同育人的四大因素,因此,应发挥政府的引导和支持作用、创新旅游院校人才培养模式、强化企业人才培养社会责任意识、加强三方主体协同联动,以提高旅游管理类本科专业人才培养质量。The traditional tourism management undergraduate education model has been unable to adapt to the development requirements of the new liberal arts,and urgently needs to be reformed.Construct an index system that affects the collaborative education of undergraduate majors in tourism management,and use principal component factor analysis to extract the main influencing factors.The study found that under the background of the new liberal arts,the comprehensive coordination level,the training level of tourism colleges,the degree of participation of enterprises and industries,and the strength of government support are the four factors that affect the collaborative education of undergraduate majors in tourism management.Therefore,the guidance and support of the government should be brought into play.In order to improve the quality of talent training for undergraduates in tourism management,we should innovate the talent training model of tourism colleges,strengthen the awareness of social responsibility in corporate talent training,and strengthen the coordination and linkage of the three parties.
