复方林可霉素硼酸溶液联合甲硝唑维生素B_(6)片治疗玫瑰痤疮45例疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:对复方林可霉素硼酸溶液联合甲硝唑维生素B_(6)片治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性进行评价研究。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年6月间在菏泽医学专科学校附属医院皮肤科就诊的90例丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组45例,两组均给予甲硝唑维生素B_(6)片口服治疗,用药1周停1周为一个疗程,在此基础上,对照组应用自配的盐酸林可霉素水溶液(规格:258 mL∶2.4 g)面部湿敷,实验组应用自配的复方林可霉素硼酸溶液(规格:258 mL∶2.4 g盐酸林可霉素及7.5 g硼酸)面部湿敷,连续用药8周,记录两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果:组内比较可知,治疗后的两组患者面部红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹脓疱、瘙痒灼热刺痛等各症状积分和总积分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05)。组间比较可知,实验组各症状积分及总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,实验组起效天数低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组患者治疗期间均未发现严重不良反应,治疗后3个月内的两组复发率差异无统计学意义。结论:复方林可霉素硼酸溶液联合甲硝唑维生素B_(6)片治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮具有疗效好和安全性高的优点,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound lincomycin and boric acid solution combined with metronidazole B_(6)tablets in the treatment of papulopustular rosacea.Methods:90 cases with papulopustular rosacea in dermatology department of Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical Collegefrom June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group.Two groups were given oral intake of metronidazole and vitamin B_(6)tablets for 1 week and then stopped for 1 week.That was one course of treatment.On this basis,the patients in control group were treated with lincomycin hydrochloride aqueous solution(specifications:258 mL∶2.4 g)and the patients in experimental group were treated with compound lincomycin and boric acid solution(specifications:258 mL∶2.4 g lincomycin and 7.5 g boric acid)face wet compress.All drugs were used for 8 weeks.Clinical efficacies and adverse reactions of two groups were evaluated tracked and recorded during the treatment.Results:Intra-group comparison shows that after treatment the scores of symptoms and total scores of the two groups were decreased with significant differences compared with before(P<0.05).The comparison between groups shows that after treatment the scores of facial erythema,telangiectasia,papules and pustules,itching and burning pain and total score of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total apparent efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective days of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in the experimental group and control group during treatment.There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups within 3 months after treatment.Conclusion:Compound lincomycin and boric acid solution combined with metronidazole and vitamin B_(6)tablets has the advantages of
