穴位贴敷联合揿针治疗对剖宫产妇泌乳的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨穴位贴敷联合揿针治疗对剖宫产妇母乳喂养的影响。方法 选取2018年6月~2020年6月在潍坊市中医院进行剖宫产的260例孕妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组130例。对两组患者的泌乳量、泌乳成分进行比较分析。结果 治疗组产妇产后24,48,72h泌乳情况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组产妇产后母乳中蛋白质、脂肪、能量、矿物质均高于对照组,水分较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),乳糖增加不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷联合揿针治疗对剖宫产妇女可增加泌乳量,提高母乳质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint sticking combined with press needle therapy on breastfeeding of Cesarean section women.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,260 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 130 cases in each group.The milk composition and milk yield of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The lactation score of 24,48 and 72 hours after delivery in the treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05),the water content decreased and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase of lactose was not obvious and statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The results show that acupoint sticking combined with press needle therapy can increase lactation volume and improve the quality of breast milk, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
