摘  要:目的 探讨二维灰阶血流成像技术(B-Flow)联合彩色多普勒超声参数在诊断血管性阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)中的应用价值。方法 选取于潍坊医学院附属医院就诊的血管性ED患者65例,同时选取30例健康男性作为对照组。分别应用B-Flow技术和常规彩色多普勒血流显像技术(CDFI)进行检测,留取阴茎海绵体深动脉的血流频谱,记录频谱参数、血流等级以及采用两种技术获得满意血流频谱所需要时间,并进行组间比较。结果 (1)应用B-Flow技术测得的血流动力学参数符合诊断标准,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)B-Flow技术的血流显示等级明显好于CDFI技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)B-Flow技术检查所需时间(1.46±0.51)min明显小于CDFI技术所需时间(4.93±0.61)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与CDFI技术相比,B-Flow技术对阴茎海绵动脉的血流情况显示更佳,也能明显缩短检查所需时间,对诊断血管性ED方面具有明显的优越性和应用推广价值。Objective To investigate the application value of Bright-mode Blood Flow Imaging(B-flow) combined with color Doppler ultrasound parameters in the diagnosis of vascular ED.Methods Sixty-five patients with vascular ED were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University, and 30 healthy males were randomly selected as the control group.B-flow and color Doppler Flow imaging(CDFI) were used to detect the blood Flow spectrum of the deep cavernous artery of penis.The spectrum parameters, blood Flow grade and the time required to obtain the satisfactory blood Flow spectrum by the two methods were recorded, and comparison between groups were performed.Results(1)The hemodynamic parameters measured by B-flow met the diagnostic criteria, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The blood Flow display level of B-flow was significantly better than CDFI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)The time of B-flow[(1.46±0.51)min] was significantly lower than that of CDFI[(4.93±0.61 s)min],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CDFI,B-flow can show better blood Flow in the cavernous artery of the penis, and also significantly shorten the examination time, which has obvious advantages and application value in the diagnosis of vascular ED.
