摘 要:目的 比较应用多种油脂肪乳(SMOF)与中长链脂肪乳(MCT/LCT)的早产儿住院时间、达全肠内营养时间、住院期间体重变化、总胆固醇、甘油三酯指标,探讨其疗效,以指导临床应用。方法 回顾性纳入2020年1月1日~2021年9月30日收治的41例早产儿为研究对象,入院时日龄≤24h,接受胃肠外营养时间≥10d。根据应用的脂肪乳剂种类,分为SMOF组(n=20)和MCT/LCT组(n=21),比较两组患儿间住院时间、达全肠内营养时间、住院期间体重、总胆固醇、甘油三酯指标变化。结果 SMOF组早产儿住院时间、达全肠内营养时间均短于MCT/LCT组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SMOF组早产儿出生体重、入院第11天体重、出院体重与MCT/LCT组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血脂分析示SMOF组与MCT/LCT组血脂变化存在差异,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SMOF应用于早产儿,可改善早产儿营养水平,促进其体格生长发育,安全、有效。Objective To compare the length of hospital stay, time to full enteral nutrition, weight change during hospitalization, total cholesterol, and triglyceride in preterm infants using multiple oil and fat emulsions(SMOF) and medium and long-chain fat emulsions(MCT/LCT),and to explore their efficacy in order to guide clinical application.Methods A total of 41 premature infants admitted to the hospital from January 1,2020 to September 30,2021 were retrospectively included as subjects.According to the type of fat emulsion applied, they were divided into SMOF group(n=20) and MCT/LCT group(n=21).To compare the hospitalization time, time to full enteral nutrition, weight during hospitalization, total cholesterol and triglyceride indexes between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and total enteral feeding time of the premature infants in the SMOF group were shorter than those in the MCT/LCT group, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were differences in weight on birthday and the 11 th day of admission, and discharge day, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Blood lipid analysis showed that there was difference in blood lipid changes between the SMOF group and the MCT/LCT group, but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The application of SMOF to premature infants can improve the nutritional level of premature infants and promote their physical growth and development, which is safe and effective.
