摘　　要：目的 探讨儿童哮喘季节性发作与温度、湿度的相关性,为预防及减少哮喘发作提供较好的建议。方法 收集2019年1月1日~2020年12月31日因哮喘急性发作于潍坊市人民医院、潍坊医学院附属医院、潍坊市妇幼保健院小儿内科门诊就诊患儿的病历资料,以及同时期潍坊地区温度、湿度的数据资料,根据哮喘发作月份分布及过敏原分布特点,分析哮喘急性发作与温度、湿度的相关性。结果 哮喘急性发作患儿例数随温度、湿度的升高而呈增加趋势,存在显著正相关性(r=0.673,P<0.01;r=0.584,P<0.01)。结论 潍坊地区6~9月即夏季、夏秋转换季为哮喘急性发作高峰期,温度高,湿度大,尘螨、霉菌等过敏原密度增加是主要诱发因素,临床医生在哮喘诊治过程中应充分考虑季节变化特点。Objective To explore the correlation between seasonal attack of pediatric asthma and temperature and humidity, so as to provide better suggestions for preventing and reducing the incidence of asthma.Methods The medical records of children who attended the Pediatric Outpatient Department of Weifang People’s Hospital, the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University and Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital due to acute asthma attacks were collected from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020.And data of temperature and humidity in Weifang during the same period were collected.According to the monthly distribution of the asthma attacks and the distribution of allergens, the correlation between acute asthma attacks and temperature and humidity was analyzed.Results The number of children with acute asthma attacks increased with the increase of temperature and humidity, and there was a significant positive correlation(r=0.673,P<0.01;r=0.584,P<0.01).Conclusion The peak period of acute attack of asthma is from June to September, that is the summer and autumn transition seasons in Weifang area.Clinicians should fully consider the seasonal changes in the process of diagnosis and treatment.
