摘　　要：试验平台的目的在于模拟海运工况,发现海运可能导致的潜在设备损伤.针对可能存在的潜在损伤,检验人员加强重点部位的检验检测,设计人员优化设计.首先进行特种设备试验平台的自由度分析,分析后得出本文所设计的特种试验平台自由度.其次再对特种设备试验平台进行运动学动力学计算,在此基础上完成特种设备试验平台的机械本体的设计计算、校核.最后用三维建模软件Pro/E对所设计的试验平台进行了建模,在模型完成之后进行总装且采用虚拟样机技术对模型进行了仿真,以此来验证了特种设备试验平台设计方案的可行性.根据仿真结果分析可知在ADAMS中特种设备平台模型可以完成指定的运动,各零部件动作正常,符合预期设计要求.这种采用虚拟样机技术可以极大地缩短开发周期,也节约了费用.The purpose of the test bench is to simulate the working conditions of the sea and identify potential equipment damage that may be caused by the sea.In view of the potential damage that may exist,the inspector strengthens the inspection and testing of key parts,and the designer optimizes the design.Firstly,the degree of freedom of the special equipment test platform was analyzed,and the degree of freedom of the special test platform designed in this paper was obtained.Secondly,the kinematic dynamics calculation of the special equipment test platform was carried out,and on this basis,the design calculation and verification of the mechanical body of the special equipment test platform were completed.Finally,the 3D modeling software Pro/E was used to model the designed test platform,and after the model was completed,the model was finally assembled and the model was simulated by virtual prototyping technology,so as to verify the feasibility of the special equipment test platform design scheme.According to the analysis of simulation results,it can be seen that the special equipment platform model in ADAMS can complete the specified movement,and the components are in normal action and meet the expected design requirements.This use of virtual prototyping technology can greatly shorten the development cycle and save costs.
