摘　　要：近年来炼化装置小径管的开裂泄漏失效屡有发生,造成了严重的经济损失及人员伤亡.本文就炼化装置小径管在设计、安装、检验检测及企业使用管理等方面存在的问题分析了当前小径管存在的安全隐患.针对小径管存在的安全隐患及小径管的特点,提出了企业自身通过建立一套针对小径管的风险分级管理体系对小径管进行安全管理,消除隐患,降低风险.The leakage,cracking and failure of small-diameter pipe in refining and chemical plant have occurred frequently in recent years,causing serious economic losses and casualties.This paper analyzes the potential safety hazards of small-diameter pipe in refining and chemical plant in terms of design,installation,inspection and detection and safety management of enterprises.According to the potential safety hazards and characteristics of small-diameter pipe,the idea of establishing a set of risk classification management system for small-diameter pipe is proposed to carry out safety management for small-diameter pipe,eliminate hidden dangers and reduce risks.
