城镇聚乙烯燃气管道失效风险源分析

摘　　要：PE管具有耐腐蚀性强、柔韧性好、寿命长等优势,已逐步代替钢管,被广泛应用于城镇燃气输送.但因其介质具有易燃、易爆的特性,且多敷设于人口稠密的城镇区域,故管道失效会造成严重的事故后果.本文从第三方破坏、管道本体固有危害和服役环境的角度出发,结合具体失效案例和相关研究数据,阐述了这三类管道失效风险源的表现形态,分析了其产生的原因,并从燃气企业、管材制造商、安装单位等方面给出了相关的风险减缓措施.PE pipe has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance,good flexibility,long life,etc.It has gradually replaced steel pipes,and is widely used in urban gas transmission.However,because its medium is flammable and explosive,and it is mostly laid in densely populated urban areas,the failure of the pipeline will cause serious accident consequences.From the perspective of third-party damage,inherent hazards of pipeline body and service environment,combined with specific failure cases and relevant research data,this paper expounds the manifestations of the three types of pipeline failure risk sources,analyzes the causes,and gives relevant risk mitigation measures from the aspects of gas enterprises,pipe manufacturers and installation units,etc.
