摘  要:再热蒸汽热段管道在运行过程中发生环向开裂,引发高温蒸汽泄漏失效.本文利用宏观形貌分析、无损检测分析、化学成分分析、显微组织分析、力学性能检测及扫描电镜分析等试验方法对开裂的再热蒸汽热段管道进行了综合性检测分析.结果表明:管道环向开裂的主要原因为再热蒸汽冷段管道的低温工质不断排入高温管道内并直接与管道内壁反复接触作用,形成交变热应力而引起了管道热疲劳损伤,从而导致开裂泄漏.Circumferential cracking of reheated steam hot section pipeline during operation causes high temperature steam leakage failure.In order to find out the causes of cracking of steam pipeline in reheating section,comprehensive inspection and analysis of cracked steam pipeline in reheating section were carried out by means of test methods such as macro-morphology analysis,non-destructive inspection analysis,chemical composition analysis,microstructural analysis,mechanical property inspection and scanning electron microscope analysis.The main reasons for circumferential cracking of pipeline are as follows:the cryogenic medium in the cold section of reheated steam is continuously discharged into the high-temperature pipeline and works directly and repeatedly with the inner wall of the pipeline,resulting in alternating thennal stress,which leads to thermal fatigue damage cracking and leakage of the pipeline.
